2. Go To process Steps.
3. In this situation the proposal team cannot locate the home with the address.
This is either because it is such a new construction that it’s not being located on google maps or lidar yet. Or that simply it’s just pulling up incorrectly.
4. The first thing I would do is check the address out on apple maps. Many times houses will pull up on apple maps accurately which do not pull up on google. If this is the case, go ahead and take a screen shot of the pin with coordinates.
Add this to migrated documents and then request proposal.
5. If it is a new build. Go to the appointment a half hours ahead of time. Knock on the customer’s door and let them know that you will be taking pictures of their home.
Drop a pin on the location of the home and add this to migrated documents.
6. Call proposals at 385-498-4406 and ask them if they can locate any imagery of the home based upon your coordinates. If they can, go ahead and request a proposal.
If they cannot, go ahead and take pictures of ALL 4 sides of the home’s roof. Note: it must include all directions of the home and it must have clear imagery of the roof.
You will then request a proposal based upon this imagery.
